Tai Chi for Beginners!

$20 per person (1 hour)

Appropriate for all age groups and students who had little or no experience with Tai Chi.

Thursday 10:00am EST & Saturday at 9:00am EST

Learn Tai Chi and expand your movement skills with Ed, who has been practicing for 32 years of Yang Family Short Form.

Using his experience in the 5 Tai Chi principles and The Alexander Technique, Ed demonstrates the practicality of both Tai Chi & Chi Quong.

Included in Session:

-Introduction to the 5 movement principals of Tai Chi-

“Yang family short form” of Cheng Man Ch’ing

-Chi Quong (chi-gong) movement & breathing exercises.

-Learning the sequence of the postures.

-Individual corrections to maximize the benefit of the form.

-Students receive links to videos of experienced practitioners.
